You will stay at the entrance of the Sablon district, in direct connection with the New Town district, the imperial golden triangle and the Sainte Thérèse district (the most popular districts of Metz).

You will be a 20-minute walk from the TGV train station, 15 minutes from the historic city center, and 15 minutes from the main tourist and cultural points of interest: the Centre Pompidou, the Muse shopping mall (voted the most beautiful Shopping Center in Europe in 2019), the sports and activity palace Les Arènes, and the future Starck hotel.

If you like small independent shops: Place Saint-Livier is only a 5-minute walk away, and you will find among others the best poultry farm in the Grand-Est (at GAUB - PETIT FUTE 2020) and many typical shops.

You will also find the Wozniak bakery 5 minutes walk from the apartment, open from 6am to 7pm every day (recommended by Gault and Milau).

A little advice, do not leave without having tasted their Wednesday chocolate baguette!
